Worried

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years this year and we just started living together last year

We were aruging last week and when i said we are partners be was like why do i keep saying that its like im tryna remind him. Whenever i used to bring up marriage he would say the same thing . Im scared that im putting to much pressure on him for stuff he isnt ready for. Am i wrong or crazy?
