Baby bath seat

Question

My six month old girl is getting too big for her bathtub. We only have showers, so we will need to purchase a bath seat to go in the shower. Any recommendations? I am afraid to buy one and it be too small, as she has a chunky butt and legs.
If it helps at all with sizing, she is in 9-12 month clothes, 18 pounds and wears a size 4 diaper.

I know this is another bathtub but we used it for my son past his 1st birthday. The insert comes out and then it’s just a tub. It might get you another 6 months or more until you’re ready to move the baby into the shower. I can’t imagine trying to shower a 6 month old.

I know this is not a bath seat but it’s what I used. I got one of these second hand when my nephew was a baby and tried it as a bath seat out of curiosity. It worked great for washing him up and he loved splashing on the tray. Also the wide base makes it hard to tip. I’m getting one for my baby when she’s big enough.

Ugh me too😩 my son will be 2 and I still have to bathe him in his infant tub because he’s scared of the shower and boy does it make my back hurt 😭 & hes 35 pounds !!

We also only have standup showers. I purchased these and fill the little bit of “tub” we have. Works perfectly and my son loves it. (He’ll be 1 in two weeks)
