Sex after period never came

Okay so this month I didn’t get my period which sometimes that happens to me I was just spotting but never got my actual period.

I had sex a week ago without a condom he didn’t finish inside me and I do take birth control the pills. The only reason I feel a little bit scare is because sometimes I don’t take the pill at the same time and there’s always chances to get pregnant while having sex.

Should I take a pregnancy test in a week from now or should I wait until next month and see if I get my period.
