I might have an infection. Please help

Two days ago I had sex with my boyfriend. I am on birth control so the first round was without a condom. Then we switch to a condom (it was our last one 😖) anyway he didn’t finish in me neither of the times. Today, I noticed some discomfort on the opening of my vagina. It’s a little redder than usual it burns when I pee ( a little) and I have A TON of discharge. White clumpy almost like cottage cheese 😟 it almosttttttt looks yellow. This is nothing new. Ever since I’ve lost my virginity I’ve gotten this intense itchiness and heavy discharge after having sex. It happened to me twice last year so I treated it with monistat day 7 and that seem to have worked for a long time. Until now😒 It’s back and I don’t know what this is. Anyone??!! Please help me
