Best Probiotic

So i got a call from my doctor because i had to do some tests because my vagina hasnt been right. I dont have any STD’s but she said i have two types of bad bacteria down there and have to use an antibiotic cream to kill it. Which i had BV before but she prescribed a different cream than I have never used before. She also said i had 0% lactobacillus in me from looking at my bloodwork. And it made me confused because i eat things like greek yogurt and drink kombucha sometimes. She told me i needed to buy a probiotic to get things right down there. Have any of you experienced this? Also any recommendations for a good probiotic that doesnt upset the stomach?
