Gaining weight
About 2 years ago I was 110lbs, I was struggling with an eating disorder but I overcame it. I got to about 120 and stayed around that until the past few months. July of 2019 I was 115lbs which is around where I should be for my height. The end of January I was 128, so I had gained around 13 lbs in 6months. Still within the range for my age and height though, I decided to start working out and eating a little healthier. Since Jan 28 I have gained about 8lbs even with working out a minimum of once a week and keeping my calories between 1750 and 2000. I don’t get it, in the past 2 weeks alone I’ve gained 1.5lbs. Does anyone have any tips? I was going to go to my doctor but with Corona going around they’ve advised for no one to come in unless it’s important/necessary. And before anyone asks, no I am not pregnant, I took 2 pregnancy tests last week just to be sure.
