Bedroom advice

Im not sure where to post this but here it goes.

We just bought a new home and will be moving in a couple weeks from now. I have a daughter and a son and im expecting another little boy in July.

My new house has a huge master bedroom upstairs and 2 more rooms downstairs. I was thinking of putting my two oldest kiddos downstairs and me, my husband, and baby upstairs.

Im debating because In our current home our bedrooms are close together and just the thought of having them downstairs alone makes me a little sad and worried. Any other way you guys would arrange bedrooms?
