trich or yeast infection?

so i’ve had like probably 15 yeast infections in my life and i’m 17. now i’m starting to question what’s been a year infection and if half of those times i thought i had one it was actually something else. i was wondering if it might be trich. i don’t know if i can make an appointment with a gynecologist because i’m 17 and it would be humiliating to ask my mom and she’s question me a bunch. Some of the times i thought i had a yeast infection my discharge has been yellowish/greenish with a really weird thick tube like consistency. please comment if this looks like trich or something else. i noticed it around september and then treated it like a yeast infection and it eventually went away but now it seems like it’s back? i don’t know. comment if you can help.
