2 miscarriages back to back- advice?

Hi gals- 
I’m 40, have 3 teenagers and ttc #4.  I have gotten pregnant 2 months in a row.  I miscarried dec 31, and again last Saturday.   March 14- The first happened at 4 weeks (very early) this time I was 6.5 weeks. 
I’m CD 6 now and will try again this month.  Any tips or supplements I could try? I’m researching about early miscarriage.

Could be low progesterone due to age or simply age. It is a huge factor after 40 with an 85 percent chance of MC by the mid 40s. Even if you have perfect genes. It’s the crossing over etc. that weakens. That is why the risk of trisomies like Downs are so high at 35+. The eggs are the largest cells in the human body and age first. I’d get bloodwork done specifically to monitor your progesterone. Your Doctor could prescribe it to reduce MC risk

I'm not 40 I'm 27 but before this pregnancy I had 1 miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies. This time they done early testing and my hcg was perfect but my progesterone was technically normal but on the low side of normal so I'm on progesterone supplements until mid 2nd trimester. So I would see if they would test your progesterone.

Hi same exact thing hapoened to me i was told let your period cone back have one cycle first try on the 2nd inwas told by my ob that your chances of a MC if you get pregnant immediately without having a cycle in between in over 65 percent in also 42 good luck I kbkw its super hard I had mine jan 16th and again March 14th and still bleeding heavily uhh!!

Ask about progesterone for sure.  I had 3 rainbows last year.   And I think it was due to low progesterone.    
I’m using the progesterone cream in the pic atm.  As my ob has been slow to get scrip to pharmacy.
