10dpo possible implantation bleed?

I’m 10dpo with a 33 day cycle. 4 days til Aunt Flo. I’m never early, always on time or a few days late here and there. Very regular. I haven’t been feeling myself. Very tried and been cramping like I’m about to get my period since 6dpo. Very heavy sore breasts, breast changes, bloating, twinges, low back pain.. I checked my Cervical position and when I gently touched some blood came out very light orangey pink tinge. When I checked again there was barely any there then it stopped. Possible IB?
