Pregnant and dating??

I’m 15 weeks pregnant, and I never had a relationship with the dad. We were really great friends for years and he disappeared when I was 5 weeks and told me to abort it. Anyways, He’s not in the picture at all, and some days I just wanna go to his house and cuddle up with him, I am so lonely. This is the absolute worst feeling ever, I haven’t been touched by anyone since he found out I was pregnant. And not even just sexually, I just want to be held. Anyways, has anyone dated while pregnant? How did you go about finding someone? I feel so unattractive now ):
