Bloody show?

Hi, I am pregnant with our fifth baby and I’m currently 37w 5days. Husband and I had sex when i woke up this morning there was blood on the towel and when i wipe to pee. All day when I go pee and wipe I have blood mixed with semen, nothing has showed up on the pad I’ve wore. I called the dr and they said if I bleed to soak a pad then call back, other than that no worries. Is this bloody show then? I was a finger tip at 37w 2d.
