Breastfeeding and vomiting

My daughter is 3 weeks old and sometimes she is next to impossible to burp after her feeding and then she will puke up i would say close to her entire feeding...can anyone give any tips and tricks to stop this or prevent it from happening? She seems to be a very refluxy baby. When she does burp she still spits up but not a lot.
