Changed my mind about induction. Update

Was going to wait it out and let things happen naturally but I'm tired and feel like baby wont come until April. Was due this past Saturday and initially declined induction. Went in today for my appointment and she said I can go to the hospital 5am tomorrow!! So glad. Bags been packed, carseat installed, plans in place for the other 5 kids and husband was already scheduled off tomorrow anyway. Gonna eat a good dinner and try to get some rest as I know its gonna be a long hard day especially with no meds. Ready to meet Baby#6. 5th girl otw soon.

Update!!

Came in at 5am this morning. I was all set to go by 630. Dr came in and i had gone from 2 cm yesterday to 4cm when the dr checked. She went ahead and broke my water. I was already having contractions but they were 6-10 mins apart. They gave me a saline bolus incase I wanted an epidural. I had never had one with my other 5 kids and decided to go ahead a get it so I could rest because I hadn't slept in 2 nights. It was so easy and not at all painful. I could actually feel and move my legs and toes just felt tingly. I could feel when I was having contractions but it only felt like pressure. Around 10:30 my nurse came to check my progress and was like oh she's right here. She had them set up everything and got the bed ready.she kept asking was I feeling pressure.I still wasn't feeling any pressure. I was still video chatting with my other kids at about 1045. I told them baby would be here by 1130 and I'll call them back. The dr came in got ready and 1 push later at 1054 baby girl was here. Guess she got out just in time because she pooped on the dr as soon as she held her up lol. From getting ivs and everything hooked up to delivery wasnt even 5 hrs. She's 7lbs 6ozs, 20 inches and nursing like a champ.
