Large, strange looking blood clot...

So to preface this, I’m 17 years old, I’ve had my period for about 6 years at this point, and I’m anemic. I’m definitely not pregnant (never had sex/not sexually active). I’ve had a heavy period, blood clots that rang from dime-ping-pong in size, and terrible cramps for about 2 years now. Two months ago, I started taking Amethia (a combination birth control pill that allows you to only have a period 4 time a year) in hopes of lightening my period and decreasing PMS symptoms. The first 5 weeks were great. I had no bleeding or cramping. For weeks 6 and 7, I started spotting but I thought it was just typical breakthrough bleeding. Week 8 comes along and I start experiencing horrible cramps and about 4 days ago, I started bleeding heavily like a full on period. The severity of the cramps was a lot more than usual and I was changing my pads every 2 hours. Today this came out of me. I’ve never had anything this color or texture before it looks like there’s like strings of tissue/flesh. I put it next to a regular OPI nail polish bottle for size comparison. What should I do?
