Necessities !!

Hey ladies! So I’m pregnant with bay number 3! So excited about it btt it’s been about 5 years since I’ve had a baby and SO much has changed over the years! Lol what are you go to and must haves “for baby,hospital bag,ect” It’s so crazy how many new things are out since I have had my other kids so with everything I just need to know what I need & MUST HAVE!? 💕

I just had my first (2 1/2 weeks post) and I tried the Frida Mom line of postpartum recovery items and I swear I will ALWAYS get my friends, family, anyone this before they give birth. My favorite items were the instant ice pack pads, the cooling/healing foam, and the upside down Peri bottle. I told my husband that I could have taken just this to the hospital and would have been more than happy.
