Nappy rash 😥

I've always used Adli nappies they are just the best plus nice and cheap. Now with all this craziness going on I've had to move to what ever I can get. My MIL kind8got is some packs of Pampers and they have immediately given her her 1st nappy rash. Her poor bum looks so sore. I put some cream on it last night and it's a little better. I'm just shocked.
