Severe pain

I'm 32wks tomorrow and I'm having horrible horrible pains in my lower abdomen and vulva. Any time I move my legs it send these awful pains shooting all across where I normally get cramps and down into my vagina. I can't rollover, sit up, or walk by myself and I'm in tears it's so bad. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I don't know what it could be and if I should just tough it out or call them and see what they say. If anyone has experienced this I'd really appreciate hearing about it. Please. I can't take care of my two year old by myself right now
