What products can I use to make my hair soft?

For reference I have thick hair that I recently cut but it’s already growing to normal really long lengthy it’s almost to the bottom of my back, it’s kinda wavy kinda puffy kinda frizzy, I have split ends but I recently cut it so I feel like it’s not as much as before, i use to use a lot of heat on it but I’m trying to do that less and just left my natural hair be. What products would u recommend to help get my hair soft and shiny or just at least soft
