What should she get charged with and what should be the punishment?

Just saw an article and was horrified that someone would do this, especially at a time like this.  The article went on to say that they are pressing charges, it also says that the DOJ will charge people with terrorism for intentionally spreading Coronavirus.  It’s unknown if the woman did have the virus, but still, spreading anything is very wrong.  What should she be charged with and what should the punishment be?

It is terrorism. It’s intentionally attempting to cause panic and disrupt society. We’ve had it happen here too. 
As for what to do, I don’t even know. I’m not really a fan of the American criminal justice system at all, but we can’t just say, “oh well” about something this serious either.

She needs to pay for the cost of all of those things she coughed on, its an act or bio terrorism, and she needs to face consiquences for such, especially if she tests positive for covid 19, it needs to be upgraded to attempted murder, attempt of bodily harm to others/assult, and the original terrorism threat. Including jail time, fines, and to pay for all the grocerys and cost of the store having to sanitize everything etc.

So this kid licked the toilet seat.  And apparently is being hospitalized for covid19.

And this kid was caught and is serving time in jail. Charged with terrorism. 
Apparently there’s a “coronavirus challenge” on you tube that the youth is doing. 
Like seriously I cant even produce in words the amount of disgust I have for these folks. 
If I saw this in person they better pray I don’t have my kids with me. Cause I legit would go off.

Someone has been arrested and detained in my province for just not following her self-quarantine orders (she travelled home from a different province so 14 days quarantine is mandatory). She’s literally in a jail cell right now for going around running errands.... So I can only imagine what would happen to someone going around intentionally coughing on food or people!

She should pay the 35 000 and additional fines and or 6 months in jail. My town is now fining 750 and 6 months for ignoring quarantine and not self isolating.
