Not pregnant but still ... had a pregnant dream

So February 5th I started my period and it ended on the 19th... was 2 weeks of period. it’s March 26th now and I still don’t have my period yet. I’m on birth control ... the implant. Got it on November 8th, 2019 so I’m safe to assume that is the reason why my February period was WAY different than all the other times and as to why I haven’t received it this month yet (or possibly not at all for the month). I been having intercourse with my husband since I been off, we don’t use other forms of BC methods and he does ejaculate in me but I’m trusting that my birth control is doing it’s job so this is not me thinking I’m pregnant. Just want to share my dream lol well last night, the first time in a LONG time I had a dream that I was pregnant and it was kinda creepy to me and unrealistic situation. I have a belly pouch since I gave birth to my 9 month old and In my dream I still looked the same so I didn’t even know I was pregnant, next thing you know is that a baby was moving around me in my stomach, I could see and feel it and it was hurting and it was so random that I couldn’t believe I was pregnant and I was wondering how since I’m on birth control then wondering why did I have to be the one that gets pregnant on birth control :( next thing you know, I began feeling the implant and it was all loose and I had a random tiny hole on my arm and the implant was slipping out so figured that’s how I got pregnant.. bcuz it wasn’t placed In it’s correct spot...freaking out then I got woken up by my hubby to lock the door on his way out. I was so freaked out and thanking the Lord it was just a dream lol low key now kinda worried that it’s highly likely that I’ll be the one that gets pregnant on BC lol
