Tips for starting to workout
I’ve always been super insecure about my body. I was very overweight in my preteens, got bullied all the time, and went about unhealthy ways to lose weight for a while. By the time I hit high school I had little to no appetite 24/7 (and still struggle with that, I’m almost 20). I know I’m not overweight anymore and I try to not go off of what the scale says but rather how healthy I’m being. I’m still not where I want to be though. I wanted to start working out but of course all the gyms are closed for now, so I want to start at home to get in the habit of being healthier before hitting the gym. But I have no idea where to start. So please leave some comments with tips on starting working out at home, or at the gym, and healthier eating/drinking habits! And I will always be glad to get tips on getting over mental blocks with eating!
