Struggles
So to start off I have been struggling with my weight since I was 10. I'm almost 20. I have really bad depression (I take meds now), so that does not necessarily help with having motivation to workout. I also work night shift, so I sleep all day... I really want to do better and feel better about myself. Here recently I also found out I have scoliosis. So here I am... Struggling to find out what workouts will be good for me and won't hurt me more than I already hurt.
Any advice or suggestions?
