10 pounds
Hi everyone! Over the past year, I’ve lost 30 pounds, which I’m very proud of. Last week, I weighed 140, and seven days later (today), I’m 149. I haven’t been eating bad whatsoever and I’ve been drinking a lot of water and I’ve been sticking to my workout schedule. I’m guessing I’m getting my period soon, as my breasts have been tender and I’ve been breaking out. I’m assuming this is bloating? Any tips or ideas on what else it might be?
