Hello there mind if I have some help

Hello my name paige, I'm a 14 year old girl I'm 5 foot exactly and weight over 240 pounds. i for get what there called so I'll call them sugar points a couple of months ago I got my blood tested and I'm exactly 1 sugar point away from coming diabetic. I was a very energetic girl when I was little and weighed the normal amount for when I was little but when I hit the age 9 I started to notice stuff, like my parents arguing all the time my siblings leaving me to go off Their own. and some my of younger siblings that still lived at home were more unless being abused by my mother not my father my father had no idea what was going on at the time. I started to get depressed I'd stay In my home and sleep all day. When I would get home from school sleep until people got home at this time I was about 12 .no one would be home my dad was working shifts to provide for my family and my mom was on drugs sleeping all day but I'm not here to tell you you that Side of my Story evenkmow I did a little😂. But when I was going through that time I started to eat a lot and a lot and I couldn't help myself and I started to get addicted to Food, and sweets, and anything you could think of And of course I couldn't stop and I still can't stop and I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice on Maybe trying to get my proportions smaller I've tried before but it doesn't help I just go back to of the old or I'm just I admit I'm lazy II just don't want to exercise i have no Motivation and I know that I need to get it in a healthier position but I just don't have the right mindset and I wondered if any of you guys had any advice PS sorry for grammar and spelling. Also do not worry my mom and dad are divorced I live with my dad even know I my mom is still trying to get me but she just wants money.all my sister and brothers are on there own happy as could be and I'm no longer depressed but my habits are still here with me to this day.
