Anyone taken unisom?

I took it last night per my Dr because I was having sleep issues. I slept like a baby but the problem is I'm still really tired and groggy this morning.

I take it every night because my pregnancy congestion is so bad but only half a tablet! The first week or so on it I woke up feeling hungover but now I have no side effects

I take it for nausea with b6 and only do half a tab. I will say after a week of taking it it really doesn’t make me sleepy at all anymore so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I take it nightly with vitamin b12 for nausea and I struggle to wake up a bit. But I’m also not a morning person anyway.

I took Unisom my last pregnancy to help with nausea. Like you, I slept great, but felt like a zombie. As a result, I started only taking half a tab. It definitely helped me feel less groggy the next day.

Yeah I have taken it a few times when I had nausea ... and yes lol it made me want to sleep longer !!! 😂
