UK ladies, 20 week scan cancelled?

I've got my 20 week scan in a few weeks and I'm concerned it will get cancelled. Has anyone had theirs cancelled?

Mine was canceled 2 weeks ago because the ultrasound tech was sick. I'm supposed to have a new appointment in a few days but I'm not holding my breath.

Mine got postponed for 2 and a half weeks but I’m in the epicenter of the virus in the US. (Ny area)

Hi, I’m in England (west midlands) and I had a cervical length scan last week at 19 weeks, they were still doing all antenatal appointments. Just not allowed to take anyone in with you! (In our hospital anyway). I have my 20 week scan next week and they’ve booked me in for another scan at 22 weeks just to check my cervix again so they are continuing with them as they’re deemed essential. As long as you don’t have any symptoms or anyone you live with doesn’t you should be absolutely fine 😊 hope it all goes well.

Not in the UK but mine was cancelled too. They called to do a screening the day before and I had a mild sore throat and cough due to allergies so they cancelled, which I totally understand...

I’m in the uk. My friend had one yesterday and it went ahead.
I have mine on the 2nd and I was advised they won’t cancel as it’s a necessary appt.
What date is your scan x

Hi, I’m exact same. It’s scheduled for 7th April. I’m worried it’ll either be cancelled or partner won’t be allowed to attend. I haven’t heard anything yet though. I really hope we don’t get cancelled xx

I’m not from the uk but I have my scan tomorrow, I put off booking it for so long because I was scared they would’ve cancelled. Medical services have to stay open even if we’re in complete lockdown so I’m sure you’ll be able to get the scan done, you just may not be able to bring a support person ❤️
