Really annoyed

I went to the ER earlier today, severe abdominal pain. Of course they did a pregnancy screen, didnt say anything about the results of that test before I left. So I think, alright, negative per usual. I go over the summary when I get home, and I see this. I'm mad. Like, why didnt they tell me. So I call to find out. I'm like, social history says pregnant? Starting today? Am I pregnant or no? Cause yall didnt tell me anything. He tells me, oh, that just means you are at risk for pregnancy.... ummm.. you couldn't think of any other way to word that in my file? Other than pregnant? Which usually means that person is pregnant? Im extremely annoyed... I feel that is very wrong, and misleading in a medical file.
