Ivf help

My partner had cancer , before he got treatment he banked his sperm . Last year we tried IUI because we can’t get pregnant naturally due to the cancer . We tried 5 IUI’s and they all failed 😓😥. The doctor wants us to do IVF next . Unfortunately I have to lose some weight before going onto the next step . We have 10 tries left . Is that a lot for
