Is this considered flirting?

I never check my husbands phone. I was trying to login into my amazon account and had to have a code sent to my phone. I guess my account is linked to my husband’s phone because it got sent there. He was still sleeping. I went to look at the text and saw something off. There was a message from a girl from his work saying thank you for calling to check on my while I’m out for surgery. I went to look at his call list and there were no calls, he could’ve called from work phone. Then I looked at the rest of the messages and she said “why did you send a picture of leopard?” ....no picture. And he said because that’s what my face looks like when I can’t get what I want. Weird right??? So I didn’t say anything to him and just let it go. He woke up and I wanted to see if he would delete it or not. We use each other’s phones sometimes so I asked if I could google something on his phone because mine was being used for white noise while our baby takes a nap. And I checked his messages and it was deleted. So what would you do or say, if anything. 🐆
