20 weeks mucous plug?? Help??

I’ve posted this question before because I had some goopy discharge a few weeks ago... but it was nothing compared to the amount that just came out. Is this like the entire mucous plug? Is this normal for 20 weeks??? Super freaked out because it’s so much. Yesterday I also had sex with husband with no protection... could that also be some of it? Usually the aftermath of sex the next day doesn’t feel/look like this and is much less. Please help! I don’t have an appointment until Wednesday
