Spotting/bleeding

Hey y’all, 15 weeks as of today. This past Thursday I saw my OB due to spotting and some pain. She said my cervix is closed, baby’s heartbeat was strong, and I was growing appropriately. It has been 3 days since then and the pain and spotting are still here. It goes from faint pink, to dark pink, to almost full blood color but you can tell there is still mucus mixed in, it’s not full on flowing blood. As you can imagine I’m losing my mind, doc isn’t open til tomorrow and I don’t want to waste the doctors time in the ER if I don’t necessarily have to. Anyone ever experience constant spotting accompanied by pain? I’ve been doing some reading and it could be so many things.
