Please help

I am suppose to take my fertility meds on day 3-5 he did say event if I am spotting but not sure if this counts.

My period is due in 2 days but 2 days ago I wiped 2 diffent times and only had a light spot that was it then yesteday I just had speckles 1x would you cont today as day 3 or wait

And so far nothing today

Should I take the fertility meds or wait not sure if this is really period.
