Okay, so I am 9 weeks 3 days pregnant. All night lastnight and today I have been having consistent abdominal cramps. They are more on the intense side but not painful. Yesterday I ate some chicken that I think might have been a little questionable. No symptoms of salmonella except cramping. I am also spotting light orange
Pink only when I wipe. Should I call my OB? Or wait for my appointment this week?
