Brownish discharge 4 1/2 - 5 weeks along TMI picture

I’m about 4 1/2 - 5 weeks right now, I went for my first ultrasound on the 26 and there was a gestational sac and everything looked normal, but starting yesterday I had VERY light pink spotting ONLY when I wiped and barely anything but enough for me to notice, and then today I have this brownish stringy? discharge. I’m not having bad cramping or anything but I’m slightly freaking out!
