Implantation?? TMI but please HELP!!

Ok ladies - we did IVF last month. It failed. My periods are normally at the end of the month but the meds delayed it until March 7. It lasted about 5-6 days. I started spotting this Friday (3/27) - not enough to get on my underwear, and it’s still spotting today (Sunday 3/29) but still not enough to get on my underwear. Randomly small patches of some red blood, and randomly a little brown discharge and sometimes even nothing when I wipe. I’m cramping but it’s not horribly painful. Implantation or period leveling out?? Should I test or wait?? Help and thanks in advance!! ❤️
