Weight loss tips

Hi, I'm 20 years old and I have always struggled with weight but now I'm serious about losing it for health reasons and better confidence. I wondered if anybody had any tips for weight loss or how to keep going when it gets hard. I have cut down on unhealthy foods and excerise a lot (before quarantine and light excerise now). I'm also scared about excess/loose skin 😕. I have lost 7kg so far. Any help is great! 😊
