My husband and another woman

My husband just told me in a casual conversation that a female he works with (he’s a police officer) has been helping him through his PTSD from his time in the military and he’s ready to open up to me about everything, which he did and it was honestly a huge eye opener for me because he made it sound like his time on ship was peaceful. It could very well be what saves our marriage because we were close to divorcing when he apparently confided in her about everything and she said he needed to tell me what was going on because the way he acted made it seem like i was doing something wrong or he just didn’t want me. I mentioned it lightly to my friend about the outside martial help but didn’t give full details because it’s not my stories to tell, well she is putting into my head that there’s an alternate motive for all of this and it’s going to lead to cheating and I shouldn’t trust either of them. It’s making my anxiety really bad and I would love an outside unbiased perspective. If it’s any help we’ve been together almost 8 years, just recently bought a home, have a 1 year old son, in our mid/late 20s, and haven’t really had any issue beside me just feeling like my husband has been checked out of our marriage for awhile. The woman also used to be in the same branch of the military and worked through her own PTSD issues
