Vaginal Pimple, Boil???

Ive had this small bump on the left side of my vagina, near my clit. it felt sore at first but i'd assumed it was just a razor bump and didnt want to mess with it. but today in the shower i saw it grew bigger and had a spot (it looks like dry blood but its on the inside??), and after my shower it had a tiny bit of pus and blood ooze out. Ive never had something like this before and I'm really scared.

I dont think i can attach a picture, even enlarged and now showing my "spot", but yeah I dont know what to do. I shave kind of regularly and wear cotton underwear. and i dont use any products down there when i wash.

also, its sore to the touch (whenever my underwear rubs on it, my underwear ISNT tight at all)
