So I looked into getting the Kiinde system while I was pregnant and my Mom brought up a really good point. You have to have the money to be able to support buying all the bags for feeding and possible storage. I go through 8-12 bottles or more a day for feedings, and I exclusively pump as well which is another 8+ bottles a day. Granted since you can pump and feed from the same pouch you can conserve them a bit but it's still a lot of bags and a lot of money when you break it down. Plus if you pump and have a surplus that just means more bags for storage purposes. In truth I'm hoping to be in a position with my 2nd child, if I ever get to have one, to be able to use this system. Especially if I can recycle (not reuse. Just avoid them going to a landfill) the bags.
