Down there care ??

So I’ve really been concerned cause I just got over having a yeast infection and on top of that a uti I had a good couple weeks and I happened to wake up this morning and have the tingling of needing to pee and nothing coming out... is it something I’m doing? The wrong underwear to wear before sleep? My diet choices??

Keep in mind I’ve given myself a break from anything sexual and I’ve slept with no underwear

Needing advice cause I’ve never experienced anything like this before and honestly it continues to confuse me I don’t have a mother figure and my dad is just as clueless
