BestFriend?

Me and my best friend just reconnected after not talking for two whole years she reached out to me knowing my health condition with CO19 existing making sure I was well and had everything I needed and it was kinda hard to even respond she’s been know to just ghost me without any reason. FOR ME IT IS TOXIC, to my health mentally and physically When it happens it makes me ill, she’s been super kind and loving as always that’s never been a problem I’m not really sure why she does it but she knows I love her like a sister and will welcome her with open arms and heart every time
