Tips for being off birth control
I have been on birth control for 8 years. Tonight I am taking MY LAST ONE! Y’all I’m so excited. With that being said, how do you guys avoid pregnancy? Condoms? Calendar method? I’m just looking for ways to prevent pregnancy without being on hormones. And if anyone has any tiles for what to expect/what to do or not to do coming off of them, that’d be much appreciated too.
