Mashed potato like discharge

All week my partner and I have not been able to have sex because of a series of complications! First, he could not hold an erection. After a few days that issue went away, but I began to have a vaginal odor... after that went away, everything was fine until we were having sex and realized I was producing a “mashed potato” consistency discharge with no odor... I went to get tested and every test (Yeast, BV, STIs, etc) CAME BACK NEGATIVE!!!! So idk whats wrong or what to do. Ive been taking ACV pills to try to balance my pH.
