So my neighbors have had animals for the past few years like chickens, pigs, goats, dogs, ducks and etc and we never had a problem with their animal but this year they have this poo stink that it’s horrible I’m soo tired not being able to go outside and relax because that smell can I report this ? I live in Indianapolis Indiana
