Sjogrens and vaginal dryness

Hello,

I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Sjogrens. Basically, all my body is dry for some weird reason like my eyes, nasal, mouth, and even my vagina. It’s extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. It’s very hard to find a specialist who knows about sjogrens and can give me something other than line. Even with lube, I dry back up within minutes! I need alternatives that will allow me to have a normal sexual experience where I can actually get “wet” and stay like that during sex without having to stop every 5 seconds for lube! Please help
