Should i test or nah

So boom we have sex on the 21 this is the first time in 2 years he stayed in without pulling out. Sooo yeaah okay on the 22 he did it twice inside then the next day i got my period. Period lasted 2 full days and the 3rd day i was spotting. The next day he did it again rested 2 days and 2 more times. Today i woke up nauseas with a full panic attack. Horrible. But i have been cramping a little my nips hurt some times i keep feeling something move on the bottom of my stomach. My back is hurting. When do you ladies think i should test?
