I think I have BV but...

I think I have bv but do not feel comfortable going to the doctor during this coronavirus outbreak. So I’ve had itching for about a month now, off and on. A couple of weeks back I bought one of those at home yeast infection treatments. I did feel relief for a little while. I had foreplay a couple of days ago and now the discharge, as well as swelling and itching is back. I don’t want to go to the doctor and overwhelm the because of this virus. Advice??? Treatments at home??
