Neonatal teeth(newborn)

My newborn daughter was born with two bottom teeth forming and now they seem to start to be growing and she’s only about to be 3 weeks, when her pediatrician saw she said it was rare but nothing to worry about and when I looked it up online it said it could be associated with certain syndromes, and I can’t help but wonder or ask myself why she has teeth, when she was born they took blood work and never were concerned about her teeth and so was the pediatrician anybody else have a newborn born with teeth
