Pinch in lower back
Just like the title says; when I lay down I feel a pinch in my lower back, in the middle, just above my tailbone. I know a lot of people say sciatica but the pain doesn't move at all, just stays in one spot. (I'm 21 weeks so I know it's because of my uterus.) Just wondering if it still counts as sciatica if it's in one spot in the middle, or if it's just a repressed nerve. TIA.
